Activities and attractions for all ages

Although Cyprus is renowned for its breathtaking scenery,

the island also offers a multitude of activities perfect for family holidays.

Between swimming, outdoor adventures and moments of relaxation, young and old will find their happiness.

Ayia Napa Water Park
Ayia Napa Water Park offers a fun day out for families with a variety of water attractions. The park features exciting slides like the Free Fall and Kamikaze for thrill-seekers, as well as gentle pools and mini-slides for younger children. Families can enjoy relaxing together on the lazy river or in the wave pool. The park has an Ancient Greek theme throughout its decor and attractions. Several food outlets are available on site. It opens daily from May to October. With activities suitable for all ages, Ayia Napa Water Park provides a good way to cool down and have fun during a Cyprus holiday. The park is considered one of the top water attractions in Cyprus.
Pafos Zoo
Pafos Zoo is Cyprus’s largest and most exciting zoo, home to over 1,200 animals from around the world. Kids will love spotting giraffes, monkeys, meerkats, kangaroos, and even majestic white lions and tigers!
One of the zoo’s highlights is the daily bird show, where colorful macaws and clever owls perform amazing tricks in the amphitheater. The zoo also features a huge collection of parrots and reptiles, including venomous snakes—one of the biggest in Europe! Set in a lush 100,000 sq.m. natural park with lakes and gardens, Pafos Zoo is a perfect family day out. It’s not just fun—it’s educational too, teaching kids about wildlife conservation in an engaging way.
Self-drive boats
Self-drive boats from Latchi Watersports Centre are a fantastic family-friendly activity that lets you explore the beautiful Akamas coastline at your own pace. A valid car driving license is required, but no boating license is needed, and full instructions and safety briefings are provided. Families can cruise past sea caves, swim in the crystal-clear waters of the Blue Lagoon, and even stop at remote beaches for a picnic. It’s a fun and memorable way to enjoy the sea together, with boat sizes available for different group needs.
Camel Park in Mazotos
Just a short 20-minute drive from Larnaca, Camel Park Mazotos offers families a delightful day out in the Cypriot countryside. It's the perfect spot for kids to meet friendly animals. Little ones will love getting up close with the park's gentle camels and other farm animals. There's plenty of space to run around, with playground equipment to climb on and (during summer months) a shallow pool to splash about in.
What makes this place special is its relaxed, rural vibe - it's far enough from the city to feel like a proper countryside adventure, but close enough that you won't spend all day traveling.
